FMC to hold hearings on pending petition regarding detention and demurrage practices.

The FMC has issued the statement found below indicating it will hold hearings on the matter of last years petition on detention and demurrage. https://www.fmc.gov/commission_meeting_summarySep2017/ NAWE filed its comments to the petition as found here:  https://www.nawe.us/show/nawe-members-only/file/282  NAWE looks forward to the continued opportunity to refer to the commercial agreements constituting detention and demurrage practices and reject the need for regulation.
