Tier 1 - 4: An operating terminal or Port Authority (tiers based on annual revenue)
Master Association: Any association affiliated with or representing the maritime industry.
Associate Level 1-3: Any entity that has business affiliations with the maritime industry, including but limited to, equipment manufacturers, insurance underwriters, research groups, and consulting firms.
